The "I Am" project is a very intimate project in which I work with dancers in an interview and planning process to discover, verbalize, plan and then photograph aspects of their core identity and alter ego.  I am interested in the core identity, or those aspects of self that seem to have always been present and which still exist today.  For the most part, I am working with mature dancers who have had careers or for whom dance has played a significant role in their lives.
